Ministry of National Defense welcomes revolutionary contributors from Binh Duong

Early November 8, authorized by the Head of the Ministry of National Defense, Major General Doan Quang Hoa, Head of the Department of Policy under the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army welcomed a delegation of revolutionary contributors from Binh Duong.

Binh Duong province is now home to more than 64,000 revolutionary contributors. The province has regularly paid attention to implementing policies for revolutionary contributors and social welfare policies. To date, 100% of policy beneficiaries and their relatives have been issued health insurance cards. The province has also mobilized organizations and individuals to support all heroic Vietnamese mothers, with the monthly level of VND 1million and above…

Major General Doan Quang Hoa said that the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense have always directed functional agencies to be proactive to have close coordination with ministries, central sectors and localities in researching and proposing the Party and State to promulgate and promptly supplement many documents regulating regimes and policies for war invalids, sick soldiers, martyrs, revolutionary contributors and military rear policies. In addition, Party committees, commands at all levels of the army has  always paid attention to the movement of “Paying debt of gratitude”, implemented synchronously, closely, thoughtfully, and closely from top to bottom..., joining hands with  the entire Party and people in taking better care of the material and spiritual lives of policy beneficiaries and revolutionary contributors.

On this occasion, authorized by the Head of the Ministry of National Defense, Major General Doan Quang Hoa offered gifts to revolutionary contributors from the province.
