Money Laundering Law tops third session of NA Standing Committee

 The third session of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee will open on October 11 with a focus on the Money Laundering Law, according to the NA Office.

At the session, the NA Standing Committee will discuss the Government’s report on a project to plant 5 million hectares of forest and consider the Law on Deposit Insurance.

Other important issues, such as the Law on Complaints and Denunciations and the Law on Administrative Violations will also be discussed at the session.

The NA Standing Committee will give opinions on the preparations for the second session of the 13th NA legislature and hear the Government’s report on salaries in the social insurance sector.

It will also put forth a programme on NA supervision activities and hear a report on measures to deal with corruption and practicing thrift and preventing waste.
