More than 200 civil servants to be trained on ISO management

Since early 2016, provincial Department of Science - Technology has organized many training courses, fostered the quality management system meeting Vietnamese standard ISO 9001: 2008 for more than 200 cadres of departments, branches, and People’s Committees of localities; organized trainings on quality management system assessment for civil servants of core units of ISO inspectorate of departments, branches, and People’s Committees.

Through these training courses, civil servants mastered the processing, settlement of records and procedures to better serve the people; correctly applied quality management procedures according to ISO standard during record settlement for citizens and businesses.
