More than 200 delegates get training on gender equality

Early November 5, the Division of Child Protection, Care and Gender Equality under provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affair in collaboration with Phu Giao district’s People’s Committee held a training program on gender equality in 2018.

More than 200 delegates, including representatives of the Boards for the Advancement of Women at all levels and gender equality collaborators of the district attended the program. The program aimed to provide them with skills, improving the local State management capacity in this field.

They also actively took part in analyzing special subjects on gender equality, ways to prevent gender-based violence, women work in the period of industrialization and modernization…In addition, they had a chance to hear special subjects on enhancing the rate of female leaders at grassroots level to ensure the completion of political tasks, targets in provincial action program for gender equality.
