In 2011, provincial Steering Boards for the Movement “All people unite to build up a cultural lifestyle in residential areas” at all levels focused on improving the quality of the movement, actively contributing to promoting the local cultural career…

The province last year continued promoting the movement of “All people unit to build up a cultural lifestyle in residential areas”, contributing to carrying out the country’s  renovation, industrialization and modernization for the goal of “prosperous people, a strong nation, and a democratic, fair and civilized society. 

Building up cultural families is seen as a significant activity in the movement of “All people unite to build up a cultural lifestyle in residential areas”

The movement of “All people unit to build up a cultural lifestyle in residential areas” saw improvement in quality, bringing many encouraging results. Especially, provincial Fund for the Poor mobilized nearly VND11.5bln, which was used for building 82 unity houses to the poor and doing many other social charity activities. Provincial mass organizations also mobilized organizations and individuals to build 42 unity houses to the poor…

In addition, the movement of “Building up cultural families” last year continued being consolidated and developed in depth and width. The whole province had 195,409 out of 214,501 households recognized as “cultural households” or 91.09% of total; there were 182 households awarded the certificates of merit by provincial People’s Committee for their excellent achievements in the movement of “All people unite to build up a cultural lifestyle in residential areas”.

The movement of “Building up cultural hamlets, quarters” was also improved in quality, contributing to improving the material and spiritual lives of the local people. There were 221 out of 585 hamlets, quarters winning the title of “cultural hamlets, quarters” or 37.77% of total.

2011 was the first year of implementing the model of “cultural lodging facilities”. In some localities, the model was realized effectively, contributing to maintaining the local order-security and improving lodgers’ knowledge about the Party and State’s policies and laws. As a result, there were 4,145 out of 6,472 lodging facilities recognized as “cultural lodging facilities”.

Along with the above movements, the movement of “Building up cultural agencies, units and businesses” was also maintained and developed, contributing to successfully realizing the province’s targets on socio-economic development, culture, social security, national defense.

Provincial Steering Board for the Movement “All people unite to build up a cultural lifestyle in residential areas” said that the selection and recognition task for cultural titles last year was carried out seriously and received the attention from the local people.

Apartedly, the activities of many functional agencies and mass organized were implemented effectively in association with the movement of “All people unite to build up a cultural lifestyle in residential areas”…
