Enterprises are maintaining the traditions of restarting work day on the sixth of lunar January. Accordingly, employees have been encouraged to work and enjoy salary increment.Confidence of enterprisesThien Nam Investment and Development JSC got back to work in industry of fiber supplying for garment making with high hope of bringing up production quantity to 25,000 tons in 2014, 5-7% higher than 2013. A factory worker of Thien Nam Fabrication JSC starts her new year of working The company depends on 4 factories and its stable working staffs. Aside from Thien Nam JSC, many other enterprises were getting back to operation with higher balance of technology, production and market development. Of highest attention, the enterprises were concentrating on commodity success in a protected environment and best investment opportunities.As a matter of fact, 17,250 enterprises are investing into various fields of handicrafts, food processing, shoe making, electronic parts, construction, etc.For the time, operations of enterprises have contributed to 15.1% of industrial production growth of the province and 24.3% of trade and services. The general growth rate was at 20% a year.Joy to the employeesUnder Decree No. 182 of the government, from beginning of 2014, hundred thousands of employees are offered salary promotion under the new salary policy bringing more joy to employees.The new salary policy offers addition of VND 250,000 to 350,000 to monthly basic salary.So as to keep employees well-informed of the salary increment, grassroots of Labor Unions have coordinated with managing staffs to disseminate the information widely at the work place.The employees, thus, are more delight with easier life.At Hoya Lens Vietnam Co. Ltd. In Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, the factory workers have returned to their work after Tet. Many of them informed that they may stay with the company for not daring to risk their job.Mr. Huynh Kinh Quoc, HR Manager of the Company informed that the HR fluctuation was at 2% after Tet for the year comparing to 4% of previous year.It was expected that the Company should recruit 20 employees at the maximum to fill in the vacancies not 100 in previous years.“The labor status after 2014 Tet was different from other years when employees kept changing their jobs.
