North Tan Uyen absorbs over VND1.65trillion in investment capital

North Tan Uyen district is now home to 4 industrial parks and compounds with 828.79 hectares in total, according to the People’s Committee of the district.

Particularly, Dat Cuoc industrial park has fully made infrastructure and its land tenancy rate has reached 47.4%. Tan My industrial park is building infrastructure and has so far absorbed 8 investment projects. Tan Uyen industrial-urban park has fulfilled compensation and site clearance and its infrastructure construction has reached 70% of total volume. And Tan Binh industrial park is under compensation and site clearance.

In 2014, additional 27 enterprises were licensed in the district with total investment capital of VND181bln. The district has so far attracted 237 enterprises with total registered capital of VND1.65trillion.

The district’s industrial and home industrial production production value in 2014 was estimated at more than VND2.13trillion, up 12.2% compared to 2013. Some industries of home woodworks, wooden packages, bricks…are being strongly invested in the district.
