Twenty youths from provincial Party Administration and Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union attended the 3rd festival for “Outstanding youths of the Party Administration and Agencies Bloc in the Southeastern region” organized in Binh Thuan province. Among these youths, there were five honored at the festival.

 On this occasion, participating youths had a root-return trip to Duc Thanh school, the center for orphans, the center for those who made contributions to national revolution, …They also took part in a talk show on administrative reform, youth creativeness, “studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings” campaign…

 It is expected that the 4th festival for “Outstanding youths of the Party Administration and Agencies Bloc in the Southeastern region” will be organized in Binh Phuoc province in 2011.
