In 2021, Binh Duong Newspaper has propagated more than 200 news, articles, photos and clips on printed and electronic newspapers. Binh Duong Newspaper continued to maintain the column of "Public Administration" published every Thursday and the "Administrative Reform" published every Friday along with TV reportage and online exchange on Binh Duong electronic newspaper.

The propaganda content focuses on the handling of administrative procedures according to the one-stop-shop mechanism and the modern one-stop-shop mechanism at the provincial, district and commune levels; the reviewing and supplementing of new administrative procedures; the Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP on the implementation of the one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures of the government; the regulations on implementation of the one-stop-shop mechanism and the one-stop-shop mechanism at local State administrative agencies; the continual construction of the model of "friendly government and office"; the solution to administrative problems in the time of COVID-19, etc.

In addition, Binh Duong provincial Newspaper also regularly propagates about increasing the application of information technology in the administrative procedure reforms such as implementing online public service provision at 3 and 4 levels on the electronic portal of the province in receiving and handling administrative procedures, moving towards building e-government and digital government in Binh Duong province.
