Phu Giao district’s Division of Culture and Information yesterday held the 2013 festival for outstanding cultural families.  

Attending the festival were 33 outstanding cultural families from 11 communes and townships in the district. They competed in 3 parts: art performance, fashion show and cooking (photo). Finally, the organizers awarded first prizes to three families from An Binh commune. Second prizes went to three families from Phuoc Hoa commune while third prizes were awarded to three families from An Long commune.

The festival was a chance for the local outstanding cultural families to exchange and share mutual experience in building up happy families, preserving and upholding the traditional cultural values of Vietnamese families…
