The provincial People’s Committee vice chairman cum head of the steering committee of ‘All people unite to build a cultural life’ movement Huynh Van Nhi yesterday chaired a preliminary summing up conference of the movement in 2010 and launched action plans for 2011.

In the past year, the steering board at all levels focused on excelling the movement’s goals and improving the quality of the movement. Assessment and consideration for the title of ‘cultural family’ was implemented seriously.

As a result, 186.329 out of 203.030 families were recognized as cultural families, winning 91,46% whilst 226/569 quarters and hamlets won the title of cultural quarter and hamlet, reaching 39.71%...

Concluding the conference, Nhi highly valued the done results and asking that the localities should reinforce and excelling the entrusted goals.
