*10 eateries using borax-contaminated food found

*In the afternoon of the same day, Tran Thi Thanh Thao, head of Phu Cuong ward’s inter-sectoral inspection delegation on food safety and hygiene (FSH) said that 10 eating and drinking shops were found to violate conditions on FSH, 7 of which used borax-contaminated food.
Also according to Mrs.Thao, there are additional 50 eateries on Feb.14 and 15 to serve pilgrims, bringing the total number of such eateries to more than 100. Currently, her inspection delegation focuses on making inspection over the issue of food safety and hygiene.
