Professional notary training organized for students in southern provinces and cities

On April 13 and 14, at Binh Duong Provincial Political School, the Provincial Notary Association in collaboration with Provincial Department of Justice organized a notary professional training class in 2024. Attending the training class were more than 180 students who were notaries and specialists assisting organizations operating in the notary profession in provinces, like: Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Long An, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Ben Tre, Can Tho, Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.

The students gained legal knowledge related to notary practice presented by Dr. Tuan Dao Thanh, Chairman of Hanoi Notary Association, including: legal regulations on notarization and civil law; new points of Land Law 2024, Housing Law 2023, Real Estate Business Law 2023.

At the training, difficulties and problems in notary and authentication activities were also discussed; legal knowledge related to notary practice...
