In 2010, the provincial party committee’s executive board focuses on excelling resolutions in combination with holding all level party congresses and the 9th provincial party congress successfully. Therefore, the year of 2010 is considered as a successful year with ample achievements on all areas.

The first achievement comprised a successful direction of grassroot party congresses by experimentally implementing selection of standing board, secretary, vice secretaries at grassroot levels. The provincial party committee also excelled preparation and organization of the 9th provincial party congress for the term of 2010-2015. Together with the success of holding the all level party congresses, the local party committee focused on steering its affiliates to implement projects, programs and overview implementation of central directions, resolutions.

Besides, the work of inspection of Party organization and party members was conducted comprehensively. According to a report of the provincial party committee’s Inspection Commission, all level inspection commissions inspected 27 party members making mistakes, downing 43 cases compared to the same period last year. Overall, the work was implemented seriously.

In the last months of this year, all level party committees also held a 4-year summing up conference on “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”. The work of party development was specially focused on youths and laborers. As of Nov. 2010, the entire province admitted 1,512 new party members, up 14 people compared with the same period last year.

In addition, the mass mobilization work was steered constantly with activities eyeing residential areas. Emulation movements and mobilizations for the local socio-economic growth as well as gratitude repayment, social charity… reached remarkable results. The local Fatherland Front and mass bodies offered free heart surgeries for 33 needy children and granted over 521 hi-unity houses to the poor.

The year of 2011 is the first year of implementing the 9th party congress and 11th national party congress’ resolutions and is the year of voting delegates for the 13th National Assembly and all level People’s Council for the term of 2011-2016.

The provincial party committee has steered all level affiliates to focus on promulgating, researching resolutions to party members and the public. Furthermore, all level party committees should step up holding patriotic emulation movements in attachment to the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” and among others.
