Yesterday morning of October 16, the Provincial Association of Farmers held a conference commenting on manuscript history of traditional farmers in the 1975-2010 period movements. Traditional historical movements of farmers in the period 1975-2010 is divided into three phases: Phase I, Farmers of Song Be - Binh Duong and national farmers in constructing and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 1975 to 1985; Phase II, Farmers of Song Be - Binh Duong in early days of the Party reforms from 1986 to 1996; Phase III, Farmers in Binh Duong promote reforms in the direction of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas. At the conference, participants have contributed many ideas to refine the historical book by further clarifying the difficulties of farmers in the 1975-1985 period and to see through the resilience, painstaking uprising of the farmers. And, in the current period, association should be clearly denoted as a bridge between the Party and farmers and its role in contributing to the development of new rural area.
