Provincial delegation works with Thuan An, Ben Cat’s Party Standing Committees

On the afternoon of August 9, Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee and provincial delegation had a working session with Thuan An city’s Party Standing Committee.

At the working session, leaders of Thuan An city reported on the investment plan for the project of upgrading and renovating the road along the Saigon river at the section in the area of ​​Thuan An city; the investment in the construction of the city’s administrative center; the preparation for the 2023-2024 new school year; the progress of implementation of the Project No.06; the city’s State budget collection, implementation progress and disbursement results of projects in the city.

After hearing the local reports and opinions by leaders of provincial departments, agencies and sectors, Mr.Thao spoke highly of the preparation of the content for the working session, especially recommendations and proposals from the city’s practical difficulties for timely solutions, promoting the local development. He also suggested the city to make efforts to better implement the Project No.06; well prepare for the new school year; implement projects along the Saigon River with riverside ecology protected, ensuring geological stability, local and provincial planning; continue closely coordinating with provincial departments and agencies in implementing key projects, creating a driving force for the local socio-economic development in the coming time...

Prior to that, the delegation made a field trip to inspect the route along the Saigon River, check the construction progress of Binh Nham bridge on the route along the Saigon River; the area expected to invest in the construction of the administrative center of Thuan An city.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Loc acknowledged the opinions and recommendations by departments, sectors and Ben Cat town. He suggested that Ben Cat town should arrange and streamline unnecessary rooms in schools to increase the number of rooms for learning; focus on the implementation of the Project No.06 on schedule; review the remaining targets to focus on successfully completing the tasks in 2023.
