Provincial Law Association to strengthen the work of law dissemination and propagation

In the first quarter of 2020, the Provincial Lawyers Association has strengthened its work of law dissemination and propagation. The Association has built a detailed plan on the implementation of the Project "Socialization, dissemination, legal education and legal assistance for the period of 2017-2021" in the province.

The Association has had dialogues and mediations in court with 12 successful conciliation cases; join 14 trial cases on traffic safety violations, gambling, property robbery, loan sharking, land disputes ...

The standing committee also directed the Legal Consulting Center to continue coordinating with Binh Duong Newspaper, Binh Duong Radio and Television Station to provide free legal advice to the people, introducing the 2015 Civil Code, the Code Criminal Law 2015, Law on Marriage and Family 2014 for officials and people throughout the province through periodic sections on newspapers and radio.
