On August 28, Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, chaired a meeting of the Provincial Party Committee to meet and congratulate the delegation of the 23rd Provincial Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children 2023.

Speaking at the meeting, Nguyen Van Loc wished that the children would always abide by regulations of the 23rd Provincial Congress of Uncle Ho's Great Children, contributing to the overall success of the congress. As participating in the ceremony in Hanoi, provincial children would continue to promote their intelligence, capacity and strengths, and contribute practical ideas of building a stronger HYPO.
