Provincial leaders visit, offer Tet gifts to policy beneficiaries and workers living away from home with exemely difficult circumstances

Early January 3, a delegation of provincial leaders, led by Nguyen Hoang Thao, Pernament Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries, poor households, children and workers living away from home with extremely difficult circumstances on the occasion of the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2023 in Di An city’s Tan Binh ward.

Visiting heroic Vietnamese mother Phan Thi Cai aged at 100, living in Tan Binh ward’s Tan Phuoc quarter with a husband and 1 son who are martyrs, Nguyen Hoang Thao extended best regards to her while expressing his deep affection and gratitude for the great contributions by heroic Vietnamese mothers to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Visiting the family of Nguyen Van Chai, 78 years old, a wounded soldier of grade 4/4, Mr. Thao extended best regards and Tet greetings to his family while paying deep gratitute to wounded, sick soldiers and policy beneficiary families in the struggle to protect the Fatherland. He also encouraged the family to continue promoting revolutionary traditions and actively participate in the local movement activities.

 

Next, at the People's Committee of Tan Binh ward in Ben Cat town, provincial delegation extended Tet greetings and offered 100 gifts to poor households, children and workers living away from home with extremely difficult circumstances in the ward on the occasion of the Tet festival 2023.

*On the morning of the same day, provincial delegation, led by Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee visited and presented gifts to 5 policy families in Tan Dinh ward; donated 100 gifts to disadvantaged households, children and workers living away from home with a total amount of more than VND140 million.

 

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and extended Tet greetings to officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Battalion No. 2 stationed in Phu An commune.

*In Phu Giao district, on the morning of January 3, Ho Quang Diep, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and Truong Thi Bich Hanh, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Commision together with leaders of departments and sectors in the province and district visited and gave gifts for 5 policy beneficiary families, offered 30 gifts to poor households, 20 gifts to children with extremely difficult circumstances in An Linh commune and 50 gifts for workers living away from home with extremely difficult circumstances. On this occasion, the delegation also visited and extended Tet greetings to armed forces units stationed in Phu Giao district, including Regiment 271, Commando Regiment 429 and Commando Battalion 60 of the Military Zone 7.

*Early January 3, Nguyen Minh Thuy, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission and Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council visited, presented gifts and extended Tet greetings to 5 wounded soldiers’families in Dau Tieng district’s Thanh An commune. Next, the delegation visited and presented 30 gifts to poor households, 20 gifts to children with extremely difficult circumstances and 50 gifts to disadvantaged workers living away from home.

*On the morning of the same day, provincial delegation, led by Vo Van Ba, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee visited, extended Tet greetings and offered gifts to 5 policy families in North Tan Uyen district’s Tan Thanh town. Each gift includes VND 2.5 million in cash and 1 gift worth VND 1 million. The delegation also gave 30 gifts for poor households, 20 gifts for disadvantaged children in Tan Thanh town, Tan Lap commune, Tan Dinh commune and 50 gifts for workers living away from home with extremely difficult circumstances.
