Provincial Market Control Department deploys campaign to prevent smuggling and trade frauds

Nguyen Phuong Dong, Deputy Director of provincial Market Control Department said that the unit has been implementing a peak-season anti-smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeit good campaign before, during and after the Tet (Lunar New Year) 2022, beginning from December 1 to February 15, 2022.

The units under provincial Market Management Department will strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations, focusing on essential products with high consumption demand during the year-end and Tet festival such as confectionery, alcohol, beverage, tobacco, food, foodstuff, equipment, medical supplies... to ensure market stability. Key areas and routes for gathering goods such as Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An city and Di An city will be under scrutiny.
