Provincial Party Committee to give training of Central Congress Resolution (11th term) to key leadership

Morning March 10^th, provincial Standing Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and deploy the 10^th Congress Resolution of Central Party’s Executive Board (11^th term) among provincial key leadership. Central Party Committee’s Member cum provincial Party Committee’s Secretary Mai The Trung attended the conference.  

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Standing Committee cum People’s Council Chairman Pham Van Canh asserted, documents discussed at this Central Congress involved important issues, especially the preparation of Party Congress at all levels, and the 12^th National Congress. Thus, dissemination, training of the 10th Congress’s conclusions was defined as one key task in order to help Party members to master the content, attitudes of the CPV; thereby, contribute ideas to devise document drafts of Party Congress at all levels, and the National Congress.

At the conference, Prof. Dr. Phung Huu Phu - Vice Chairman of Central Theoretical Council – introduced contents of the 10th Congress(11^th term) including: draft of political report of the Central Executive Board term 11 at the 12^th Party Congress; assessment draft of socioeconomic development from 2011-2015 and orientations, tasks in 2016-2020; final report on the implementation of Party charters term 11 and suggested amendment to Party charters term 11 to propose to the 12^th Congress; summarizing report on theoretical, practical issues through 30 innovation years (1986-2016); project of downsizing and restructuring staff, public servants; project of planning and management of national mass media until 2025…

Making conclusion at the conference, provincial Party Committee’s Standing Member cum Propaganda Training Committee Head Nguyen Minh Giao urged Party committees at all levels to disseminate, deploy the Resolution among all cadres and Party members at grassroots levels; direct the propaganda for all people strata with suitable forms. While disseminating, provincial Party Standing Committee asked committees at all levels to focus on key directions, guidelines of the 10^th Central Congress documents; organize seriously training of the 10^th Congress Resolution with 2/3 time for learning, 1/3 time for ideas contributing. Grassroots level must finish training at the end of March 2015.
