Provincial People's Council give opinions on some contents to be submitted to the mid-2023 Provincial People's Council‘s session

On June 13, Standing Committee of the 10th Provincial People's Council held the 19th meeting to consider and give opinions on important issues to be submitted to the mid-2023 meeting of the Provincial People's Council. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council; leaders of Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, together with departments, branches and localities in the province attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed and commented on regulations of tuition fees for preschool education and public general education in the province in the school year 2023-2024. Regulations on collection, payment, management, and use of fees for grant, re-grant and extension of work permits for foreigners working in enterprises, agencies, organizations, and individuals operating in the province. To stipulate principles, criteria, and norms for allocation of provincial budget capital to implement the National Target Program on sustainable poverty reduction in the province in the period of 2023-2025. Regulations on support policies for ones who voluntarily quit drug addiction in their families, communities, and public drug detoxification establishments in the province. Regulations on the number, titles, a number of regimes, policies, and levels of support for part-time workers at the commune, hamlet, and quarter levels...

* Earlier, on the same day, Standing Committee of Provincial People's Council held an explanation session on the implementation of policies on attracting, training, fostering, and developing human resources in Binh Duong province.

At the session, representatives of Provincial People's Committee, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Home Affairs, and Provincial Public Security respectively explained related issues, such as: solutions to difficulties and improving the quality of vocational training; solutions to unify organization, quality of activities, regimes and policies of civil defense force performing fire prevention and fighting work at the grassroots; content and progress of receiving, adjusting, and supplementing Resolution 05/2019/NQ-HDND, especially provisions related to non-business units with self-financing recurrent expenditures...

Nguyen Van Loc assessed that the reports of Provincial People's Committee, departments, and branches basically met requirements of the supervisor team of Provincial People's Council. The reports also proposed solutions suitable to the actual situation. Particularly with the reports of Department of Home Affairs and Department of Health, it is necessary to review the support for the nursing staff.
