Provincial People's Council Standing Committee convenes 10th session

Early August 24, the Standing Committee of provincial People's Council held its 10th session to consider and give opinions on the proposal to develop a resolution on spending levels to perform tasks to support enterprises to improve the productivity and quality of the local products in the period of 2021-2030. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council chaired the session.

At the session, representative of provincial People's Council’s Economic - Budget Committee reported on the verification of the resolution. Accordingly, the resolution is consistent with the Prime Minister’s Decision No.1322 dated August 31, 2022 and provincial People's Committee’s Decision No. 2684 dated November 24, 2021 and the formulation of the resolution is necessary.

After hearing the opinions of delegates, the Standing Committee of provincial People's Council unanimously approved a policy of building this resolution. The Standing Committee of provincial People's Council proposed provincial Department of Science and Technology to advise and adjust the implementation time of the resolution from 2023-2030; coordinate with provincial Department of Finance to propose reasonable spending levels, in line with the local reality and ability to balance the State budget.

It is expected that the resolution will be approved by provincial People's Council at a session by the end of 2022.
