Early December 3, a delegation from provincial Party Committee, led by Colonel Ngo Xuan Phu, Deputy Director of provincial Police Agency, had a working session with provincial Department of Information and Communications’Party Committee. The session focused on the leadership and direction for implementing the Government’s project on developing the application of population database, e-identification and e-authentication for national digital transformation in the 2022-2025 period with a vision to 2030 (briefly called Project No.06).
Reportedly, the province has so far provided over 2,010 public services at the provincial, district and commune levels. Of these, more than 89% are online services and over 41% are full-process services. Provincial Department of Information and Communications has integrated 53 out of 53 essential public services onto provincial e-government portal, linking them to the administrative procedures systems of various ministries and sectors. Additionally, the department has successfully implemented two groups of interconnected public services and began issuing criminal record certificates through the VNeID application starting November 9, 2024. The department has also focused on ensuring the security of the province's data center infrastructure under regulations.
