Thu Dau Mot city has 12 city-level and 109 ward-level constituencies and 136 election groups that have been established, of which, 4 election groups are attributed as special. As of May 14, the total number of voters in the city is 229,180, of which 163,506 are permanent voters, 60,607 temporary residents, and 5,058 special voters.

According to the latest statistics, the city currently has 404,615 voters, including 128,206 permanent residing voters, 271,533 temporary residents, and 47,133 temporary residents under 12 months.

To ensure safety against the epidemic, the ward has prepared an additional voting booth for voters with body temperature of 37 Celsius degrees or higher.

By May 21, the preparations for the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term in Tan Uyen town took place on time and according to the law. To ensure the best conditions for the election, the Election Commission of the town has directed the election boards and teams to review, repair, and upgrade the conditions of the selected facilities formally as election polling places. At the same time, it has been directed to review the number of ballot boxes and seals for the election, to prepare the main and auxiliary ballot boxes, and to implement measures to secure materials and means for the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control along with polling stations. Tan Uyen town Police have developed plans to ensure information security, traffic safety, fire prevention, and epidemic prevention and control for the election. Mr. Nguyen Van Danh, Secretary of the Tan Uyen town Party Committee, said that up to now, the conditions and facilities prepared for the election were ready on time and in accordance with the laws to meet the requirements for a safe and economical election day.

Voting areas are equipped with masks, hand sanitizers and social distancing is administered according to regulations.

Bau Bang district attaches election propaganda to Covid-19 prevention and control

Following the survey and inspection team of People's Committee of Bau Bang district, in the morning of May 21, our reporter noted that the polling stations in the district were basically complete; local officials were preparing the final steps to serve the election such as decorating greeting gates, ballot boxes, vote checking areas, and areas for medical staff and volunteers. Mr. Vo Thanh Giau, Chairman of Bau bang district People's Committee suggested that units and localities need to quickly complete, supplement and repair missing facilities at polling stations to ensure Covid-19 prevention and control for voters to go to the polls. Dau Tieng district ensures security and order of epidemic prevention and control

In Dau Tieng district, 98 polling stations are within 12 communes and towns. Mr. Nguyen Hong Phuong, Head of Home Affairs and member of Standing Committee of the district Election Commission, said that to ensure political security, social order and safety, and disease prevention and control, the Health and Information Security Subcommittee has deployed monitoring plan and schedules to ensure security and health in service of the election. In addition, the district Steering Committee for Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control and the district health center has issued plans to ensure health, disease prevention, and food safety and hygiene. The election is to be conducted safely. According to the assessment of the district Election Commission, through inspection and supervision, the polling places in the district are decorated in dignified, economical, and safe manner in compliance with the regulations.

Phu Giao district plans for measures against Covid-19 epidemic

In order for the election of the 15th National Assembly Delegation deputies and members of the People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term to take place successfully, Phu Giao district has carefully prepared the parts to ensure the correct order and progress according to the regulations.
