“Red scarf” house offered to poor pupil

Early March 27, Phu Giao district’s Youth Union in collaboration with provincial Young Pioneer Organization and Kim Oanh Real Estate Trading-Services Joint Stock Company donated a “red scarf” house to Pham Thu Huong, a needy pupil of Nguyen Trai secondary school.
The 60-sqm house has a total construction cost of VND50million, funded by provincial Young Pioneer Organization and Kim Oanh Real Estate Trading-Services Joint Stock Company. This is also a “mang non” (young shoot) of provincial Young Pioneer Organization in celebration of the 88th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and in response to the Youth Month, Youth Volunteer Year 2019.
