In recent years, Di An district’s Tan Binh commune has excelled at building and perfecting its infrastructure facilitates, especially rural road system. The result came from the high determination by the local Party, government and the consensus among the local people.

 

Nguyen Ngoc Hoa, chief of An Binh commune’s Party Committee said that in the last tenure, Tan Binh commune excellently exceeded the targets of making rural roads. Particularly, the commune built 21 roads of 10km with a total expense of more than VND14bln and upgraded many other roads to ensure the local people’s traveling and goods transport.

Commune-based businesses also actively got involved in making 3 key roads of Lo Gach-Tan Thang, Chieu Lieu-An Phu…with a total expense of VND20bln. It is known that the newly-built roads herein have minimum width of 6 meters and most of them are installed with water drainage systems.

 

Along with the efforts by the local government, the local people contributed hundreds of working days to making the 21 new roads. Many households of Nguyen Thi Tot, Nguyen Thi Ly, Nguyen Thi Muoi, Pham Van Hien, Nguyen Van Lanh…donated hundreds of meters of land to making them. Noticeably, Nguyen Thi Bich Thuan’s household donated a land worth VND600mln.

 

Mainly thanks to the high determination by the local Party, government and the consensus among the local people, Tan Binh commune now becomes one of the localities taking lead in the field of building rural roads…
