Self-control models on traffic safety expanded

Aside from promoting mass bodies, sectors and functional agencies’ role and responsibility on traffic safety and order, Binh Duong province has over the past time appeared many self-control models on traffic safety, bringing efficiency and helping to cub traffic accidents. One of the best promulgations and mobilizations of traffic safety and order is the self-control model on traffic safety and order.

  Key routes and schools should have self-control teams on traffic safety and order.

Under the instruction of party committees and authorities at all levels, public security force and mass bodies have launched self-control models of traffic safety and order to build a movement of “the public join in ensuing traffic safety and order”, promote awareness and responsibility of residents.

 

Many localities have built and launched the models effectively. Implementing the Government’s Resolution No.88/NQ-CP on spurring key solutions of traffic safety and order, the national traffic safety committee’s action plan on “Traffic safety year 2012” and the provincial People’s Committee’s Plan on ensuring traffic safety and order 2012, public security force across localities have actively built promulgation plans on traffic safety and order, cooperated with functional forces to launch many dissemination measures in a bid to expand the self-control model on traffic safety and order.

 

Through the model conducted at localities, the model has indicated remarkable results, contributing to re-establish disciplines and curb traffic accidents in residential areas.

Members of the self-control teams on traffic safety and order have directly joined in patrols across routes while members of first-aid teams have positively protected scene and victims’ assets as well as helped policemen examine scene and investigate traffic accidents as stipulated.

 

On reality, self-control models on traffic safety and order and first-aid motorbike taxi teams across localities have indicated their positive efficiency. Accordingly, the self-control teams on traffic safety and order have disseminated regulations on traffic safety and order for local residents while the other self-control teams have promoted residents’ responsibility on traffic safety and curbed accidents.

 

To raise quality of the self-control models on traffic safety and order in the coming time, we have some ideas as following:

 

People’s Committees at all levels should issue decisions and regulations of self-control teams on traffic safety and order. Additionally, they should assign members to monitor key routes and areas.

 

Authorities across localities should paid more attention to supporting costs for self-control teams and timely honoring excellent individuals and workgroups of traffic safety and order in an attempt to curb traffic accidents and enhance quality of operation of self-control teams on traffic safety and order.
