Those who do not bring with them the permits are reminded by the security team and resolutely not allowed to enter the market to ensure the control of the number of people going in and out, serving the Covid-19 pevention and control. On July 21, most People's Committees of wards in Thu Dau Mot city have implemented measures to manage people coming to the market by the handed out permits. As a result, it has partially relieved people's fear of scarcity of essential goods during the days of social distancing according to Directive 16 of the Prime Minister.

At Thu Dau Mot market, a grade I market serving a large number of essential food items of people in the area during the implementation of social distancing, people have come to the market more. However, all those who come to the market have strictly adhered to the policy of submitting permits according to regulations. Some people also actively make a list of essentials to buy to avoid wasting time and minimize close contact when participating in buying and selling at the market. Ms. Tran Thi Van at Chanh Nghia ward said: “At first, I felt enlightened because it took time to control information when entering the market. But when entering the market, there is no jostling situation, on the contrary, it is very orderly and comfortable. The disease is spreading fast, so doing so will ensure the safety of people coming to the market. I think the distribution of permits to the market and medical declaration is also a necessary action for each person to protect the health of themselves, their families and the whole community."

During the time of social distancing, leaders of Thu Dau Mot city People's Committee have also asked all levels, branches and localities to plan for ensuring the circulation of production and business goods to stabilize people's lives, and at the same time, increase and strengthen inspection and strictly sanctions on cases of speculation to increase prices. City leaders have also asked localities to work with flexibility so as not to prevention and banning to create maximum conditions for people, but still ensure the regulations on disease prevention.
