Social security and order during the National Day’s break are guaranteed

During the four-day National Day holiday, police force of the whole province ensured a serious duty,  demonstrated high sense of responsibility, and fulfilled the task of ensuring security and order during the days off. Patrols and administrative inspections were increased, promptly preventing and effectively handling violations. The political security situation was maintained stable, without sudden or unexpected situations.

Regarding social order and safety, local police units discovered and quickly handled 2 cases, arrested 3 suspects of social order crimes; discovered 4 cases of drug crimes, 11 suspects, seized evidence: 21.305 grams of heroin; 0.30 grams of crystal meth; discovered 14 cases of economic and environmental crimes and violations of law including: buying and selling goods without invoices or documents, without proof of origin; not clearly listing prices of goods and services, causing confusion for customers...

In addition, police units and localities conducted 99 armed patrols with 871 officers and soldiers participating, discovered and dispersed 160 crowds gathering late at night; and warned 146 cases of encroachment on the sidewalk. Special traffic patrol teams 171 across the province also carried out 59 patrol shifts with 535 officers and soldiers participating, checking 2,380 vehicles, and recording 375 violations.
