Up to date all of 14 Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committees across wards and communes of Thu Dau Mot City have finished their congresses for the 2013-2018 tenure.Generally, the staff preparation has been in accordance with guidance of Central Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee. On previous tenure, commune- and ward- level committees have 25 to 30 members each, now 31 to 41 members each.The increment in staffing was to ensure quality, representation, and practicability of people’s unity and 35-40% of non Party members in grassroots.Reported by Kim Chi – Translated by Vi Bao
