State-owned enterprises have to make financial disclosure

According to Decree 61 signed by the Prime Minister, since August 15th, State-owned enterprises have to disclose financial information during their operations. Required disclosed information involves financial condition, efficiency of using and preserving State’s capital, business outcomes, foundation and using of funds, contributions to State budget, income of employees, management of the business, salary, bonus, incentives… of managerial officials.Enterprises have to make financial information disclosure every 6 months and year. Shareholders of State-owned businesses and agencies of financial management also have to make the disclosure according to Decree 61.
