Provincial People’s Committee just approved an action plan on implementing strategy of demography and reproduction healthcare in the province from 2011 to 2015, aiming at improving population quality and reproduction healthcaring services in a bid to maintain low birth rate while taking good care of population structure and density.To achieve the targets, measures proposed should be prioritized for implementation.
