Students of EIU gets involved in summer volunteer activities in Binh Phuoc

Students of Eastern International University (EIU) have just held a delegation to visit and implement volunteer activities at Tan Hung commune’s Ung village in Binh Phuoc province.

Particularly, they organized many significant activities, including opening classes on English and film shows for pupils at primary schools; upgrading schools, classes; coordinating with the local Youth Union members to propagandize and mobilize people to clean up a reservoir in Tan Hung commune with a total length of 2.5km; building a youth bridge of 12m in Tan Hung commune; awarding 20 scholarships worth VND1million each, 5 bicycles and 30 sets of books, notebooks to pupils with difficult circumstances…

It is known that the program has a total cost of nearly VND200million, funded by the Antabax brand of Silk Vietnam Company, Canon Marketing Vietnam Company, VSIP, EIU, Becamex IDC, Thoi Hoa-Bau Bang Industrial Development and Investment Enterprise…
