Supervision delegation of provincial People's Council works with My Phuoc ward’s People's Committee on support policies for those affected by Covid-19

Early March 28, a working group of provincial People's Council Supervision Delegation, led by Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council, together with representatives of departments and sectors in the province had a working session with Ben Cat town’s My Phuoc ward about the results of implementing support policies  for people affected by Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking at the meeting, Mrs.Phuong highly appreciated the efforts by the local government in Covid-19 prevention and control, quickly solving support policies of the Government and provincial People's Committee for workers and people facing difficulties, due to Covid-19 pandemic. The locality was also ordered to do better in managing the local residents; quickly recheck the list of subjects that have not received subsidies yet and finish this task as soon as possible while speeding up the progress of vaccination in the near future.

*On the same day, provincial People's Council’s supervision delegation also established monitoring groups and worked with the People's Committees of Hoi Nghia, Tan Hiep wards in Tan Uyen town and Phuoc Vinh town’s An Binh commune in Phu Giao district on the results of implementing support policies for those affected by the pandemic. Before working with the local authorities, the delegation visited a number of business households and lodging facilities to learn about the local implementation of support packages from the Government and provincial People's Committee during the 4^th Covid-19 wave. In general, the support for people affected by the pandemic has been done well by the local localities so far.
