Tan Uyen strives to have over 30% of people in use of online public services from home by 2023

Tan Uyen city’s People's Committee has just approved a plan on Digital Transformation in 2023; a registration list on digital transformation contents deployed in 2023; administrative reform tasks in 2023.

Accordingly, all agencies and localities will issue a list of databases under their management and have specific plans and roadmaps for building and deploying databases in the list. All agencies, sectors and localities will provide data sharing services on a data sharing and integration platform (LGSP); digitize all data on birth, marriage and death records. All administrative procedure settlement results will be digitized. More than 60% of administrative procedure documents will be processed online for eligible administrative procedures. Over 30% of people will use online public services from home. The percentage of households covered with fiber optic broadband internet will reach 85%. The percentage of the population covered by mobile networks will gain 100%.

Tan Uyen city will also continue implementing an action plan to promote digital transformation and non-cash payment in educational and medical institutions under the local management. Over 90% of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the city will have access to trial digital transformation platforms while over 30% of SMEs will regularly use digital transformation platforms.
