In order to generate useful playground for provincial students to learn more about People’s Council representative’s tasks, Secretary board of provincial Student Association holds “The 2nd young People’ Council session” at 7.30 am on May 7th 2013 at B3 hall of Thanh Le cultural park.

The session revolves around the topic “Policies in attracting high quality human resource and policies for provincial Union cadres” with the participation of excellent pupils, students across the province.

After 2 working sessions, participants are assigned into important positions like President, Vice president of young People’s Council, Standing member of young People’ Council, Chief of young People’s Council bureau, President of young People’s committee, Legal board head of young People’ Council, Director of young Foreign Affairs, Director of young Union, secretaries…
