The current nationally synchronized and integrated Public Service of Binh Duong has implemented 1,159 service procedures of 3-tier levels 3 and 4 to include 1,015 level-4 and 4,144 level-3 services in a enterprise- and public-centered channel of great optimization that help people and enterprises easily look for and make use of functions to interact with State’s agencies during the processing of administrative procedureso. Out of 485,067 dossiers, 154,766 (31.90%) of levels 3 and 4 have been submitted online to departments, sectors, and people’s committees of  districts and towns in the first months of 2022, which creates premise for the province to receive non-paper dossiers in the future.

The provincial service has been upgraded constantly to offer EMVCo internationally standardized QR Code among other payment methods that are helpful for people and enterprises to select their favorite payment methods online.

Public appraisal

Talking to us, many people praised the online administrative procedures which reduces travelling time and most of all the authority red-tape and corruption. Mr. Nguyen Hong Phuong from Binh My commune of Bac Tan Uyen district said: “After setting up my account, I carry out electronic registration for paper work related to incorporation, which has been conveniently and rapidly processed.”

Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Hang from Binh Thang ward of Di An city informed of her newly application for criminal record issuing on Binh Duong Public Service that offer the public the necessary paper work without physical appearance at any State’s agencies as a good way of processing to show great responsibilities for the public.

Recent surveys affirmed that over 90% of the public and enterprises who also recommend rapid dossier encryption on resolving online paper work and encouragement of non-cash public service fees and charges, on being surveyed, have greatly approved of Binh Duong Public Service. Individuals of founded data (whose dossiers have been processed before) should limit the submission of scanned documents that had been processed. Concurrently, they have recommended to timely update online adminstrative procedures of the province in accordance with announcement of such administrative procedures for timely information based on which the public and enterprises will carry out their paper work.
