Standardized administrative procedures announced

Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on the announcement of standardized administrative procedures within the scope of management and settlement functions of provincial Inspectorate and the district/commune-level People's Committees.

Accordingly, there are 18 standardized administrative procedures within the scope of management and settlement functions of provincial Inspectorate, the district/commune-level People's Committees. Specifically, there are 5 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the provincial level; 5 under the jurisdiction of the district level; 4 under the jurisdiction of the commune level; 1 under the jurisdiction of provincial Inspector; 3 shared administrative procedures of provincial, district and commune levels. All the decisions on publicizing the list and administrative procedures within the scope of management and settlement functions of provincial Inspectorate, the district/commune-level People's Committees in the past expired.

Provincial People's Committee has also issued a decision on the announcement of new administrative procedures; amended administrative procedure; abolished administrative procedure under the jurisdiction of provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the district-level Land Registration Office branch.

Accordingly, there are 6 new administrative procedures, 2 revised administrative procedures and 7 abrogated administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the district-level Land Registration Office branch. This decision also amends and abolishes a number of administrative procedures in the fields of environment; land; surveying, cartography and geographic information; water resources under the jurisdiction of provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the district-level Land Registration Office branch at the Decision No. 934/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2022 on the announcement of standardized administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the district/commune-level People's Committees.
