Implement Directive No. 03 of the Politburo, Di An Town has seriously launched topical learning and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples through specific work. Individuals and organizations have built up their own suitable action plans to create foundation for wide-spread emulation movements where good people models have emerged, namely Mr. Nguyen Duc Nghia, a member of An Binh Ward Association of Veterans, Mrs. Cao Huynh Mai, Head of Group 3 of Thong Nhat Quarter in Di An Town, Mrs. Pham Thi Hong, a member of An Binh Association of the Elderly, Mr. Tran Hoai Tam, a member of Tan Binh Ward Association of Veterans, etc. Those individuals have devoted to the people to listen to their wishes. They have been concerned about how to improve material and spiritual of the public while building up a strong locality of modernity and safety. Besides, many peasants are determined to follow good work every day the be examples of revered President Ho Chi Minh.

By the close and thorough direction of Party Committee, authority, sectors, and unions, the learning and following President Ho Chi Minh in Di An Town have gradually become self-awareness and responsibility of officers, Party members, and majority of the people classes with emergence of creative and good practice.

Mr. Pham Van Bay, Head of Propaganda and Education of Di An Town Party Committee, said: “Each individual has a good work and each collective has a specific action plan. By that in 4 years of Directive No. 03 of the Politburo, Party Committee and people of Di An Town have made unanimous efforts to achieve great transformation in Party building. Leadership of local Party Committee eyed great transformation regarding the learning and grasping up directives and resolutions of the Party with concentration on quality improvement. Discipline and administrative orders have been maintained to ensure working hours and practice of modern life in festivals, saving, and anti-corruption.”

Mr. Huynh Phu Quy, permanent Deputy Secretary of Di An Town Party Committee, affirmed: “The achievements proved that all-level Party Committee and authority of Di An Town have well aware of the significance of learning and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples.
