Care of spiritual and mental life of young workers is one of the major and significant tasks that the steering board of Thu Dau Mot City Week of Young Worker is concentrating on to expand the unity and gathering of young workers in active and possitive production. Young workers are offered with free medicines and healthchecking At 7 in the morning, production has been on schedule as usual at Toan Thinh Co. Ltd. at Kp. 4, Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City but workers came earlier to work. They were encouraged by free healthchecking tickets offered by the steering committee.Accordingly, volunteer doctors and nurses should be present at announced public place to support young workers with medical services and free medicines. They also communicate with the workers to improve awareness of disease prevention.So as to ensure production and business operation, the city’s Youth’s League has coordinated with Board of Directors of enterprises to invite workers to attend the free healthchecking event.Mr. Nguyen Binh Phuong, Deputy Chairman of Youth Association of the city stressed on needs of healthchecking as part of help to ensure that the workers should be healthy to devote to production and business cause in Binh Duong home land.After the event, Toan Thinh Co. Ltd. also introduced its sub-associaion of young workers to offer an activity playground for workers after working hours.“Majority of the workers are from other provinces very far away from Binh Duong. They are in need of family care.
