Thuan An gives vocational training to disadvantaged children

Thuan An district’s Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has just teamed up with provincial Job Center to open vocational training classes with different skills of household electricity, motorbike repair, hairdressing for 42 local disadvantaged children and orphans.

 

It is known that the total expense of these classes is funded by the local State budget. In addition to tuition fee exemption, learners will receive a monthly allowance of VND240,000 per person.

 

These vocational training classes, which will run till May 2011, aim to contribute helping the local children with difficult circumstances seek stable jobs after graduation, reducing the ratio of the local street children.
