At the session, participants balloted for a number of positions for the district People's Council and Committee for the 2011-2016 term. As a result, Pham Van Loi, vice secretary of the district party committee is nominated as chairman of the district People's Council while Nguyen Ngoc Hiep as chairman of the district People's Committee.
