After 2 years of successful implementation of Circular 63/2011/TT-BTC, the Ministry of Finance has issued Circular 86/2013/TT-BTC to extend time limit of preferential policies to businesses for another one year. After this new time limit, the General Department of Customs will conduct a new evaluation and has to notice 60 days earlier before decision of expired in order for businesses to prepare for extension. If businesses still meet extension requirements, businesses can increase time limit by 36 – 60 months.
