During the pandemic time, provincial industry and trade branch has effectively implemented schemes to supply and reserve essential goods, stabilize the market in localities in many forms, well serve people's demands, constrain commodity scarcity, price fever. To ensure uninterrupted shopping activities through e-commerce channels, Department of Industry and Trade issued a document requesting Provincial Police, District People's Committees, and disease control checkpoints to coordinate and create favorable conditions for delivery staff... All trade activities are guaranteed according to the plan to keep the market stable, meet essential needs of the people.
