To promote implementation of resolutions and conclusions of central government on democratic regulations in grassroots

In the morning of July 24, Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to semi sum up activities of mass mobilization and implementation of democratic regulations in the first 6 months of 2013 and launch duties for the last 6 months of 2013.On the agenda was evaluation of achievements and analytic discussion about limitation in the last 6 months before the orientation to the last 6 months of the year was determined.All-level Party Committee and authority has continued with direction to implement action programs and plans of provincial Party Committee regarding the mass mobilization program in the new stage; to detail Resolution No. 25/NQ-TW dated June 03, 2013 of Central Committee of CPV on “enhancing and reforming Party leadership regarding mass mobilization in the new stage”.Movement of “learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” and “smart mass mobilization” in constructing modern and civilized urban area, in constructing new rural areas and in implementing the 4th plenum Resolution of the 11th tenure Central Committee of CPV on “some urgent matters of building up the Party in the current stage” have been in continual progress.Addressing the meeting, permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chair of Provincial People’s Council, Mr. Vu Minh Sang suggested that sectors should focus on resolution of limitation, on review and inspection of operation quality, on promotion of resolutions and conclusion of central committee of CPV on implementing democratic regime in grassroots, on encouragement of public idea contribution to build up the Party and all-level authorities.On the occasion, by authorization of the Prime Minister, Mr. Vu Minh Sang awarded PM’s merit certificate to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Office Head of Unions and the Public under Provincial Committee of Mass Mobilization for achievements in mass mobilization from 2007 to 2011.Reported by Tri Dung – Translated by Vi Bao
