Early July 24, the provincial Party Committee Organization held a conference to review the work of organizing the Party in the first 6 months of the year, deploying the direction of tasks in the last 6 months of 2018. Reported at the conference said, in the first 6 months of the year, the basic Party building work properly implemented tasks and programs. The whole sector has actively grasped and concentrated on elaborating plans to concretize the direction of the central and provincial levels, step by step carry out the renewal, reorganization and organization of the political system. Effectiveness in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW. As of June 15, 2018, the provincial Party Committee of Binh Duong province has 16 Party Committees based on 597 grassroots Party organizations and 2,147 Party cells under the grassroots Party. The party has joined the new 783 party members, reaching 40% of the target set, bringing the total number to 45111 members; Of which, the non-state sector has 66 Party organizations with 2,113 members.

In the last 6 months of the year, the provincial party building organization advised the Standing Committee of the provincial Party Committee to review and supplement the provincial staff planning and review, adjust and supplement the staffing plan for term 2015 -2020 and the planning of committees at all levels for term 2020-2025 of the local units in the province; Continue guiding and organizing the implementation of the regulations on vote of confidence for leaders of Party committees and leaders in the Party, State, VFF and socio-political organizations.

At the meeting, delegates focused on many issues related to cadre planning, development of Party members in enterprises outside the State sector; streamlining of the organizational structure of the political system of Binh Duong province is streamlined and effective in accordance with Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW.

Speaking at the meeting, Pham Van Canh asked the Party building organization of the province, in addition to the regular tasks should focus on key tasks in the last 6 months and next time it is: Implement effectively the plan 43-KH / TU implementation of Resolution No. 18- NQ / TW XII on "Some issues of continuing to renovate, rearrange and organize the apparatus of the political system compact , effective and efficient operation "; Quick preliminary review of some programs of action of the Party Committee on development of Party members between 2015-2020 term; To develop the Party organization and socio-political organizations in non-state enterprises in 2016-2020 etc. to advise the provincial Party Committee on the preparation of reports serving the mid-term meeting of the Executive Committee, and Provincial Party Committee.
