To take advantage of urban riverside

 According to Tan Uyen Town People's Committee, in order to take advantage of a riverside town, to promote urban civilization, the urban planning and renovation work received much attention. The town completed and put into use 3 embankment segments along Dong Nai River, continues to invest in 3 segments from Rach Tre Bridge to the town Party Committee, build a riverside road from Uyen Hung Youth Union to Gio Restaurant to create urban landscape. The planning and activities of inland waterway terminals in Tan Uyen Town was also inspected and reported. These inland waterway terminals will be relocated and developed into one concentrated Thanh Phuoc Port.

The Town People's Committee is also collaborated with provincial departments to implement a number of important projects in public-private partnership (PPP) investment form, such as: Bach Dang 2 Bridge, road connecting to Thanh Phuoc Port; completed a research project to assess the current state of landslide in Cu Lao Rua isle to propose remedies as well as research measures to conserve and develop the national tourist site Cu Lao Rua.
