Training course on food safety in agricultural sector held in Ben Cat Town

Ben Cat Town Chamber of Economics just held a training course on food safety in agricultural sector for 50 trainees who are mainly production owners of vegetables and animal meat.

At the course, the trainees are guided with the contents of law on food safety and management, food safety conditions of producers, processing establishment, and traders, food safety practice, quality control, and food safety series management.

The training course í to improve awareness of owners and those in direct management of production and trading of farm produce and aqua-culture products regarding quality and punishment on such production and trade.
