And, the time is over for schools which only train tradition jobs as long as the society needs more and more working fields.When the banking and credit systems mushroom, schools, colleges, and universities rush in to the sector of economics. Meantime, the private medical network is developing to meet up public demands, leaving behind the staff shortages. Taking this opportunity in hand, Binh Duong University of Economics and Technology and Binh Duong Polytechnic Junior College have ventured to open sector of medicine to satisfy enormous quantity of candidates.Catching the annually needs, Thu Dau Mot University comes forward to train teachers for elementary and preschool institutions.M.A. Tran Minh Duc of Thu Dau Mot University asserted that the relationship of trainers and employers lied within education quality with integration into reality and labor market trend.Training institutions have long ignored the demands in the market and the trends; thus, on connection with enterprises or the employers, the training institutions shall be well-informed and prepared for better education plan.In the very first days of establishment, Thu Dau Mot University has tied up with enterprises to service their training cause.Students are enabled to make internship and attend training courses right within the enterprises where they could learn a lot. Besides, students are trained with soft skills to help them with presentation and public speaking skills.In November, Binh Duong University has signed cooperative deal with nearly 40 enterprises to prepare human resources for them.And in recent years, students have been familiar with job fairs where employers have chance to examine their potential employees and students can seek the jobs of their favorite.Training institutions have to contact enterprises to promote the linkage which, in all time, can be promoted by the state through conference and job transaction floors.
